'Metals + Acids' investigations

A lot of your questions to React over the years have, perhaps not surprisingly, been about your practical investigations.

Some of the most popular investigations have been based on rates of reaction: metals + acids, 'Clock' reactions involving hydrogen peroxide or peroxodisulphate, propanone + iodine and thiosulphate + acid.

Here are the links to three tutorials on 'Metals + Acids' investigations:

Link to Investigating the rate of the reaction of metals with acids
Link to Metal-acid reactions: a second tutorial
Link to Activation energy: what answer did you get?
