I am doing my investigation on wines and their ethanol content but is there a link between ethanol content and sulphur dioxide content? Thanks.

There is no link at all. The presence of sulphur dioxide is linked with the need to prevent bacterial spoilage of the wine.

Identify any hazards, assess the risks from these hazards, and then decide appropriate control measures to reduce the risks.
